PROFITS

Lets talk about profits today. As I promised you readers that I will post the Bio Soap, looks like you have to wait,I'm having problem with my digital camera.
What do you really want when you talk about profits?Profit is something you gain when you act on a certain things.Well the profits that I'm talking here is in monetary profit. When we talk about monetary profit, the first thing comes to our mind is how much profit money we can get. That's true.Lets discuss on investment.Investment is the easiest way to make monetary profit and loss. But it is the game to gain high return with small amount of cash invested.Of course when you talk about risk, definitely there's risk. Some people ask me, "are you certain that you can get that kind of monetary profit?"Well I can only tell them "Nothing is certain except DEATH".Do not invest if you think that you are going to loose. But you can still invest if you apportion your cash to an amount that you are willing to loose and hope for a higher return. After all nowadays with Usd 100.00(loosing) you are not going to face the end of the world neither you are going to starve to death.Well lets invest and see our investment profits from the scheme. As what they always say "No Pain No Gain or NO Risk No Gain".
Visit my related link and find out. These two schemes I have considered safe after I have done quite a considerable study on them.

For a start my blogs will have to be just like what you are seeing. I hope in the near future I have the capability to improve and gives my reader as what I said "The best Blog ever created".
There a lot of other things that I need to learn and am learning step by step as I go along daily.
If any of my dear readers willing to help me in improving my blog,I am much obliged if you could share with me.
Last night was hectic for me. I tried to add a few things to my blog and it turns out differently. Being at this age, its not that simple to understand the world of computers, one thing for sure the language terms are allien to me eventhough I can understand english. all sorts of new terminology I have to endured in order to really graps what software is trying to say. I guess, I have to sit down with my 15 year old daughter and learn more on the computer terminology.
I am in the process of launching another post concerning Bio soap, you people have to wait for a while untill I have all the pictures taken. I wanted to post it last night but unfortunately the digital camera was out of batteries. So much Photography as a hobby!!.

vitamins

i took my vitamins today

If you want to know what vitamins i took, you are welcome here
Consumption of vitamins was not part of my daily routine. Actually I was forced by my sister to take vitamins after I was diagnosed of diabetes. My blood sugar level was rather erratic in its reading. So much so that my personal physician refuse to treat me if my next check with him does not show any improvement.
My late mother was a diabetic since carrying me in her womb. She suffered until she died when I reached 36 years of my age.At that time I was not that sensitive towards diabetes, thinking that it will not happen to me since I was still young and energetic.Furthermore the lack of reading and awareness on my part makes me feel that this disease only hangs on people who are old and frail.
At the age of 47, I was diagnosed of diabetes. The whole world seems to be ending. But only for a short while, since I felt that nothing can happen to me,after all I felt no physical toll on my body. I did not feel lethargic as what my doctor predicted. But the last two years saw a drastic change to my energy, I can no longer exert long laborious hours on my favourite hobby, which is tending to my one acre house compound. My sugar levels kept on spiking like the forex market graph.
I start to spend time reading and understand the nature of these disease. The key is to control the sugar level at an acceptable level and maintaining it.
I start controlling my diet, but to no avail. Old habits die hard. I started to take drastic measures like zero sugar in all my drinks. But that alone does not help much though it shows some small improvement on the sugar level reading. Being Asian, I was subjected to high intake of carbohydrates which is rice. There's no way for me to reduce rice intake because it has been my staple diet all my life. But the incident of my late mother's both knee amputation kept haunting me to do something. As I said, the spirit of wanting to do something comes and go. It's just that I felt "let it be".
Last February my sister came back with a set of vitamins and some reading materials for me to take and read. I read the book that she gave me, and soon I realised that there is a way of controlling and maintaining it through a regime of adequately supplying the right kind of nutritions to my body. I said to myself, since I am a poor disciplinarian in terms of controlling my intake, then I will make full advantage of the weakness that I have to my advantage(make a profit in terms of health). I started to
take vitamins as per the books says and constantly checks with my sister on the dosage, since she is a believer in supplements.
Aghast, after 2 full months of constant intake of the essential vitamins, my sugar level has maintained at 5.0, as if I have not suffered from the dreaded disease.
My doctor was amazed at my improvement, and I told him that I only took vitamins to replace the nutrition deficiencies in my body. He does not believe what I told him. I understood and respect his standing, after all he is a medical doctor. He was trained to treat disease not to prevent it. The understanding came through reading a book by Dr. Strand "What your medical doctor does not know, might be killing you".
Today I'm starting to diet on fruits intake alone. I have read a book by Patricia Bragg N.D, PhD.
"Apple Cider Vinegar (Miracle Health System)". It talks about how to controll your food intake and habitually drinks apple cider vinegar to maintain a healthy balance. It also control weight and banish obesity. I am going to give the benefit of the doubt to Pat, and will religiously follow what she said in her book. Lets see what happens?
